The scope of this project included a new foundation and pilings to shore the existing building. After shoring the project the owner requested help in remodeling the kitchen, dining room, living room and the deck. The most significant and visible aspect of the project includes the window/wall system. This glazing system opens out to the view and provides an improved thermal barrier at the same time. |
