This project, located at 401 E Pike St., proposes a 40-unit mixed use
building with approximately 6,000 SF of ground floor retail along E Pike
St, below grade parking of 70 spaces to be accessed off Bellevue Avenue,
and 5 floors of residential units.
The building is an urban structure proposed in response to the existing,
and supported, urban condition of the site. The parti reflects
the intention to develop the site as an incentive to pedestrian
