Remodeling of a Lake Union house condominium, including: remove and replace all of the wood siding, provide a new 15 year roof with new flashing, counter flashing, cant strips, roof drains, scuppers and downspouts. Replace the skylights in kind, remove deck material, repair and apply new waterproof deck surface. Provide also a new guardrail, fabricated steel at the decks.
