A small part of the work that we do involves land planning. Often times Clients need help shepherding a subdividion or shortplat through the agency process.
This type of work demands management skill and experience. Many sub-consultants are necessary to complete the process, and typically it requires a lot of capital and time.
This development site plan included a large apartment or townhouse complex of over 200 new units on the site.
