A new 6-story apartment building of 107 units on NE 180th street consisting of approximately 1/2 1-bedroom apartments and 1/2 studio apartments. Underground parking supplies parking for the building as well as 33 parking spaces now being used by the apartment building to the east.
All units will have outdoor space either at grade or on balconies.
